1. Licensing Overview
Sure Insurance and More ("the Agency") is an independent insurance agency licensed under the laws of the State of Florida and holds active non-resident producer licenses in more than 27 U.S. states. We act exclusively as a licensed insurance producer and intermediary — we do not underwrite or issue insurance policies.
All of our insurance advisors are individually licensed in each state where they conduct business, in compliance with the applicable licensing requirements established by each state's Department of Insurance or equivalent regulatory authority.
You are encouraged to verify the license status of our agency and our agents at any time through the official verification resources listed in Section 6 of this page.

- 2-20 — General Lines (Property & Casualty) Agent: Required to solicit, sell, and service property and casualty insurance products, including personal auto, homeowners, renters, commercial general liability, commercial auto, workers' compensation, and cyber liability insurance. National Producer Number (NPN)
Each licensed insurance producer at Sure Insurance and More is assigned a unique National Producer Number (NPN) by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) through NIPR. The NPN is a permanent identifier used to track and verify license status across all states. You may request the NPN of any of our agents by contacting us using the information in Section 10.
5. Carrier Appointments

Sure Insurance and More maintains active Errors & Omissions (E&O) professional liability insurance coverage. This coverage is maintained as a matter of professional responsibility and in compliance with the standards expected of licensed insurance agencies.

Our agents complete the required CE hours, including mandatory ethics training, to maintain their licenses in good standing. Agents licensed in other states comply with the CE requirements of each respective state.
Additionally, agents who sell ACA Marketplace and Medicare products complete annual federal training and certification programs as required by CMS, ensuring they remain current with regulatory changes, product updates, and consumer protection rules.
